Our room was comfortable and although the basin was blocked and shower difficult to set at suitable temperature both were attended to on our first day and both issues resolved. Rickinghall is situated in a pretty village. The Bell Inn is ideal for travelling through open for breakfast / evening meals to non residents. Ideal for dog lovers walking. Toilet was extremely squashed and was really low to the floor, awkward and uncomfortable. No flat surfaces to place items like a wash bag, nor hooks to hang clothes whilst using the facilities. More vegetables and fruit of a wider range bed to be available for all meals. Greater fish options and possibility of ordering from different menu. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed with very adequate amenities provided. Ample car parking space. The staff were very helpful. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, a very nicely prepared meal at a very reasonable price, and breakfasted at the hotel before leaving for home. We would unreservedly recommend The Bell Inn.
