I recently stayed here at Palms hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly and professional service. The location is perfect and the hotel has luxurious rooms and well maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast service. It was not only delicious but also delivered promptly to my room.

Excellent. I dispute Mr Wale's assesment. The facilities were above and beyond what I expected. Very well kept, clean and tidy. Absolutely no mould in the bathroom. I found Romford Lodge excellent in every aspect. I am a happy traveller. The caretaker made my day with his friendly attitude and attention to detail. PS. Bed linen was fresh.

Nothing negative to say here - I stayed in what you’d call the tiny single room under the stairs, I’m 6ft 2 and I’m not complaining, you get what you pay for in life. I did not pay £400 as you would for the Mayfair so you don’t expect that as some people expect more! £35 for 1 night, good night sleep, bed was comfortable, working tv & big fridge with tea facilities. Free car park. Hot radiator for this cold time of the year and a window. 1 happy customer that will return again :) staff member on arrival also to note very polite & genuine. Thank you

    Absolutely beautiful home. So comfortable and spacious. Was completely spotless. Felt so at home. The host Sarah was incredibly welcoming and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Lots of local amenities and large supermarkets just a few minutes drive away as well as large shopping centres. Lots of parks and playgrounds. Very close to soft play and Old MacDonald’s fun park. About a 45 minute drive to Southend beach too! Will definitely be back!

    We stayed in a poor accommodation and this spoilt our trip the house was filthy the host very rude the carpets the bathroom the sheets the doors everything was dirty and the garden was really not pretty we were so didsspointed

    Romford is not the best place in London.

    Romford is not the best place in London. It is a historic market town and there used to be dog races. Now a days it has been developed quite a bit. It is in great commuting distance to London having Elizabeth line at Romford station. If you are visiting London but dont want to pay exorbitant London hotel prices, Romford is your answer. Very affordable prices and good accommodations yet within stones throw from central London b train. Romford is a place where locals and non-affluent residents resides. Crime rate is on the rise, non-friendly Londoners and not a great place to live in.

    Was easy to access - space for parking - manager welcoming and friendly - booked taxi for us to take us to a party - was only a one night stay - free parking on the drive. Room was clean and had complimentary shampoo and shower gel.

    Great transport links into the city.

    Great transport links into the city. The location has plenty of pubs and restaurants surrounding the hotel. Peaceful stay, and the staff were very helpful. Loved we could park the car and the car was safe.

    I like Romford because it seems to be pretty central for...

    I like Romford because it seems to be pretty central for everything. The Restaurants the Shopping Mall, the Market and its ideal location for visiting my family. This time were going to Father Christmas train departing Epping I think, and we usually come back to Romford for lunch out.

    Location was perfect, straight out of Romford station and into the hotel. Didn't try the breakfast as my timings didn't allow. The reception staff were excellent with both help and advice. Felt very safe in the building. Comfortable bed and very clean environment.
