The location was perfect, it was clean and comfortable, we were a family of 4 adults and ther was plenty of room for us all, Laura the host was amazing, she provided plenty of information, and was on hand if we needed anything, would highly recommend this apartment, if you need a place to stay in Royston. Loved it, lovely room, lovely staff, great food. All good We stayed in the rooms opposite the main pub, wifi a little patchy but then would go back on again, nothing concerning and did not get in the way of anything. Food was so good. Had eton mess for pudding and it was so well made and presented. Had a burger and a fish stew (stayed 2 nights) and both tasted amazing, as well as the breakfast. My cereal this morning isn't hitting the mark at home!

It was modern clean and comfortable. The shower was lovely. We were able to access it easily. The breakfast and breakfast staff were amazing! Really exceptional service.

    A small town with big history!

    A small town with big history! The Elizabethans, Stuarts, Georgians, Victorians and Edwardians have all left their own mark on the market town which is rightly proud of its history and appears to take care of it too. Narrow historic streets and lanes are worth walking around due to eclectic mix of shops and dining places in amongst the usual high street names, barbers and nail bars. A good base for nearby Cambridge, Duxford and surrounding countryside.

    The photo made the room look more spacious than it actually...

    The photo made the room look more spacious than it actually was, there were too many things in such a small room, and items added since the photo was taken that made the room uncomfortable to use. Noting 8m in the offering did not translate as the photo. The host is lovely and really would do well to buy a bigger place and transfer her skills there. Royston itself is a sweet little town with everything within 5 minutes

    Nobody at the Coach House when we arrived, waited 30...

    Nobody at the Coach House when we arrived, waited 30 minutes for some one to be there. The room was not in the main building, it was clean but more like a motel in the middle of nowhere. They were not very friendly gave us the key to the room and that was it. We decided not to stay and booked a room at The Old Bull Inn in Royston. Royston was very good with a nice Park some good pubs and shops too. Our stay at the Old Bull Inn was perfect but tight for parking

    We didn't actually visit the town of Royston and the Coach...

    We didn't actually visit the town of Royston and the Coach House Hotel is a bit off the beaten track but ideal for the Duxford Imperial War Museum and not too far from Audley End House, which was our main reason for choosing this hotel and the beautiful city of Cambridge is not too far away and a must see.

    This was the worst experience ever.At the music festival in the hotel a fight broke out and police swarmed the hotel to bring the situation under control.We were doing B&B but were too petrified to continue our stay so booked out are wanting a one nights refund and despite booking.com requesting this we have heard nothing from the hotel..I am despairing and will take the matter to the financial ombudsman in the next week

    Ideally for us situated in the middle of Royston, a very short walk from two car parks. We only stayed for one night but the apartment was top notch, spacious, clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. The booking process was easy, Laura the host was great and answered questions in a friendly professional manner. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you.

    A beautiful place to stay, warm, cosy and welcoming. Everything you could need for a perfect stay. The room was clean, bright and warm. The bed and pillows were so comfy I slept really well. Maire was fantastic. She is super friendly and couldn’t have done more for me. Nothing was too much trouble. I will certainly be back when next in Royston.

    We have just had a lovely break in Royston and the Old Bull's central location was perfect. The staff were all lovely and the food superb, very generous portions. We wanted to come and stay again next month but unfortunately there are no vacancies.
