Well located near South Ruislip station. The annex was fairly well equipped. Parking space just outside. Well located for South Ruislip Central line station, Sainsbury's and a pub, Middlesex Arms that does food, all within a short walk. Everything was clean.

Oh my goodness in all the hotels I have stayed in I have I have never came across a hotel where every single one of the staff we interacted with were soo professional and friendly! We booked this hotel as there was issues with our flight to Derry so we needed a bed as we had travelled from Australia so with all the hassle at the airport we were simply exhausted. The lads up in the Skybar were so nice and the food was so tasty, well presented and reasonably priced! The other restaurant up on 6th floor is an Indian and the menu looked really good. Selection at breakfast buffet was really good and it was included in our room rate. Our room had massive double bed and great big shower with lovely toileteries. Ironing board and iron in wardrobe. Also had safe and a wee fridge too. Buses outside hotel run to Houslow so be handy for central London to get tube from there. A taxi from airport cost about £20. Buses do run from hotel to airport but didnt suit our times. And the bonus of our stay was check out time was 12midday!

Beautiful, super well equipped (and sound-proof) suite with extra large and comfy bed , super nice and friendly staff. Very close to the airport with a stop of shuttle bus to Heathrow is right in front the hotel door, so its very easy to catch the flight. The hotel is situated in the area where there are not so many restaurants (except the next door hotel), but I loved the idea of pantry where you can buy decent pre-cooked frozen food and microwave it in your (fully equipped) suits kitchen.

After walking the whole dag trough Londen we were so exhausted and ready to get to the hotel. There was a friendly lady who helped us at the desk late in the evening. To start with the shower was amazing! And the bed too! I fell asleep and only woke up after a fast 8 good hours of sleep. The hotel looks really nice with the Hollywood theme. Good distance to the station and when you are there dont forget to get a coffee at this tiny little coffee place in the shopping street (cant remember the name sorry!) But you will pass it by, its at the same side on the road as the hotel. Definitely worth the money.

    Great location.

    Great location. Quiet and safe (we left kayaks on top of our car parked in the drive and no issues). Short walk to the train and easy direct commute into London. Waitrose is a short walk for groceries and we used Deliveroo for takeaway and shopping deliveries while we were there. Parked up the car and walked, trained or got deliveries to the door.

    Very unpleasant experience, bad smells in both bedroom...

    Very unpleasant experience, bad smells in both bedroom spoiled our stay. Even after the complaints, action taken after complete one day and one night, still the smell was persistent, there were spiders found in main bedroom near bed, my three year old son terrified by this incident and got scared of staying in hotels, there were no compensation or complimentary provided by hotel management. We are not going to recommend this property to anyone in the future.

    Ruislip was a lovely part of greater London with lots of nearby facilities, including a park, shops, restaurants and a tube station (on the Piccadilly Line) The apartment was on a leafy residential street and was very homely

    Great location very convenient to the tube and train station...

    Great location very convenient to the tube and train station in South Ruislip. Two grocery stores and plenty of dining options are within walking distance. However, the cleanliness, local neighborhood and overall noise was difficult to get over especially during the hot summer months. I would not consider this a luxury apartment and would certainly not recommend it to any of my friends or family, unless improvements were made. I consider myself to be rather accommodating, but was very disappointed.

    Ruislip is handy for the motorways.

    Ruislip is handy for the motorways. It's also handy for the Central Line, so it does not take long to reach the centre of London. It is also handy for the Chiltern Line if needed to reach Wembley.

    I liked everything about this property: It is located in Ruislip, in a lovely and quiet part of London, but it is connected with the center through 2 lines of underground trains and it is easy to ger to the center in less than an hour. The house is lovely, clean and spacious. We were 7 people there and we got along very well. I liked especially the garden, where we spent all our evenings. When we come back to London I will stay for sure in the same location.

    Carolyn's place was a very self contained apartment and had everything for a comfortable three night stay. Facilities including shower, TV and lights all worked well. The apartment was in a quiet location and only a short walk away from South Ruislip tube station which was really handy. All correspondence with the owner was good.

    I liked that it was close and very accessible to Ruislip Manor tube station and I could get into the city centre easily and efficiently. I also liked the included breakfast and enough room to store belongings. I stayed for 2 weeks and it is perfect for a solo travel and short stay if you do not mind the commute into the city.

    Very clean and suitably equipped. A plus was the availability of off-street parking. Location was great, a short walk to South Ruislip tube station. And our hosts were able to accommodate us with an early arrival, which we really appreciated!
