Lovely town with many lovely places to eat, and quite a few shops to browse. We ate at The Barley Mow, where the Sunday Lunch was fantastic. Also ate out at the Akbar Indian Restaurant, where the food was very good and well priced. On our final day we ate at Bridge House, where we sat in the garden, overlooking the river. We visited for a family wedding at Bassmead Manor so didn’t eat out in St Neots. There were several shops, some small and independent which is good. We did notice great cafes for breakfast/lunch and a good footpath by the river for riverside walks. Room was decorated light and modern and was spacious and clean and had the facilities you'd expect. (kettle, shampoo, shower gel) Loved the fact that they are focused on recycling. Fantastic location a minutes walk from to market square. Apartment fully equipped, clean and comfortable.
