What can I say? It was such a great stay. It was the night before my wedding and we had quite a lot of people stay, they were so accommodating and changed rooms around to suit numbers and guests. They even made breakfast super early for me and my bridesmaids so we could get ready in time. Thank you all so so much and we plan on returning for our anniversary!

Cath and her staff were very helpful and approachable. Nothing was any bother to them. Accommodation immaculate, cleaned and re-stocked every day, nice powerful shower, WiFi and TV worked spot on, food downstairs was value for money, all in all a good experience.

A nice modern studio in a great location in Thetford. The air conditioning was a bonus as the weather was very warm so sleeping was no problem.

I liked the house lovely and quiet and very nice I easy got into the house once I realised the key safe and key fir front door I liked the fridge freezer as I had frozen foods to store before my journey home so I liked that cooker easy to use too didn't take long to cook yummy foods I really liked my stay I've stayed at alot of places in thetford but liked this one nice bath too plenty hot water would stay again great location too thanks

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and couldn't fault it. Only a few minutes walk in to town. Parking available which is a big bonus. Would highly recommend for a short stay over or getaway.

    This is a place we shall return to again and again.

    This is a place we shall return to again and again. It is for two fold: the location is absolutely perfect and the studio flat is so welcoming that you are treated to a very comfortable stay. The owner, Chris is exceptionally helpful and has gone right out of her way to please her guests. Thoughtful offerings of her bantam eggs the very next morning was extremely nice and her assistance to help and yet be given your totally privacy was something which was valued. This is a place to unwind, take a deep breath in and just enjoy all the natural environment around you. There's a walk over the famous "Dad's Army" bridge which takes you either to St. Helen's Picnic site which is perfect for a picnic or a toe dip as well as a sighting of the Highland Cattle. On the other side - you are in for a treat - the riverpath takes you past birds nesting, we saw several Muscovy Ducks with their chicks as well as other very interesting wildlife. Very impressed overall. Just go and see for yourself.

    Everything about Santon was amazing, great runs in the woods...

    Everything about Santon was amazing, great runs in the woods, wildlife and such helpful hosts, this is definitely the best place we have ever stayed. 100% will be back. Hot tub was perfect after long days out. Beds super comfy. Everything you needed was there. Welcome basket very much appreciated and the eggs 🥚 were superb. Marshall cottage is a gem. Must go to place.
