Ellie and Adam were perfect hosts! They were knowledgeable about sites for us to see (visiting from Australia) and interested in our travels. The accommodation was perfect- clean and comfortable. Great to have cooking appliances and a washing machine- and the use of Ellie's clothesline! Very private and quiet- so pleased we booked here. Ellie's and Adam's two children were an absolute delight!! Highly recommend.

Deceiving from outside as pretty big once you walk in! Fresh and modern, we felt right at home. Was a short drive to all the key places although a lovely deli lay only two doors down and a pub a short walk away; all were dog friendly and within the village. Plenty of storage in the kitchen and nice touch with the bath tub in Master bedroom actually being in the bedroom and not within the ensuite.

We were very happy with the choices at breakfast and quality of the food and attention given by staff Very atmospheric building and attention to detail was obvious and appreciated. Our room was vey comfortable Had one of the best dinners ever in the restaurant Still thinking about the wonderful flavours if the braised brisket Excellent staff which completes the experience We would definately recomend this establishment to other travellers

Big shout out to Ian and John the hotel owners! Committed to excellent customer service, they even served me personally! Speaks volumes about the high standards and expectations of customer care of the establishment. Shout out to Rachel at the front desk as well! Your kindness and helpfulness set the tone for our wonderful stay. My stay was very comfortable and anything I needed in my room was provided for. Ian even went the extra mile to find out where I could hire bikes to have a fun day out riding with my daughter. The Breakfast buffet was tasty especially the fresh croissants! Baie Baie dankie! Dit was fantasties! Ek sal weer kom kuier John! Thank you for having us for our short getaway, it was totally worth it.

This a beautiful place to stay. it is situated on a farm but has it's own privacy and stunning views. attention to detail is stunning with even a bath big enough for two and yes we put it to the test 😂🤭 We have stayed again since and not for the last time I'm sure.

Andrew and Lucinda are fantastic hosts, so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend. The breakfast was delicious. Everything about my stay was so easy and relaxed in a comfortable, clean and professional way.

    Xmas period with family and know the area well there was well stocked shop in the village We had two properties as was a large party. Both had everything we needed and were clean . Gardens were secure for the little ones to run around in Very accessible for disabilities Set out beautifully asked the host a few questions while there and they responded in good time Would recommend to all
