I made the reservation for my brother-in-law who had never travelled abroad on his own and doesn't speak English. So I am writing this review on his behalf, quoting what he told me upon his return to Greece: "I had a great time at the hotel and feel extremely grateful for all the help and support I received from the exceptional staff.     Impressive facility, and track. Sign posts could be better, and the choice of food and drink vendors was terrible and expensive . Limited choice and huge queues for both drinks and food. You must take your own food and drinks if you go.

    The track is very well catered for with lots of toilets and...

    The track is very well catered for with lots of toilets and water points. The stands can be cold but most have cover and big screen viewing. The food and bars are way better than other world track events (all European, USA Japan) and the entertainment ie bands and trade stands museum etc are worth the ticket price alone. (attended F1 and MotoGP) Note the F1 is 3 times the crowd and price than motogp. The Motogp is a better spectacle as the racing is more exciting; its extremely visceral with more action in the form of overtaking, you can also get easier access to the riders, (pit walks and hero events and rider for health auction etc) but appreciate this is subjective. Can't fault the circuit or organisation at Silverstone.

    Food available at Silverstone was very average quality and poor value for money . Very limited access to inside of track so be prepared for a lot of walking Track buses mostly full with long waits .

    If we knew that Glamping would be a camp bed in a tent, with NO faculties would never have booked Police called twice, inviromenral people wanted to shut it down case number 11615 Wanted to see Grand Prix, so we stayed Did not get any food NO shower till last day ( 4showers for everyone on site including the camper vans in next field it was disgusting No lights at all No faculties to make a drink charge phone, None of the things stated on YOur Site Will never use you again false informtion

    The rooms - my room in particular - were spacious and beautifully prepared. Bathroom fittings were to an exceptionally high standard. Mark and Lesley were great hosts, chatty and friendly and Lesley's breakfast was seriously impressive, even when confronted unexpectedly with a pair of cranky veggies. Silverstone circuit is five minutes' drive, and we were cheerfully allowed to leave one of our cars at Homeside to ease complications at the track. This is a B&B that puts to shame many top-line hotels.
