All the room amineities, the over sized flat screen smart TV, the coffee station was perfect - may just need to add some towels there for wiping up. The food from the restaurant was amaizing - Huge chicken burger! Beer was crisp and cold. Great experience for a quic trip to Exeter

the location, it was next to a river which was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were warm and very clean and comfortable with a nice hot shower The restaurant menu had a a lot of choice and the food was excellent.

    Food is good, there is a decent selection changed each day. Silverton is a small village but as they say "beautifully formed" lovely little place. Everybody was friendly and open all very relaxing.

    Beautiful, luxurious accommodation. Warm welcome from Roxy. Delicious breakfast. Lovely evening meal at Avellino, Italian restaurant in Ross-on-Wye. Convenient for the A40 and a pleasant walk into Ross.

    A lovely, cosy stay.

    A lovely, cosy stay. It was a flying visit as I was travelling alone for work but really appreciated how friendly and accommodating the kind staff were on my arrival. Fish and chips for dinner was great! The room was small and cosy, perfect for a solo traveller. Facilities were good and everything was clean. Bed was very comfy and surroundings were lovely. Had a tasty breakfast the next morning, too. Thanks for a great stay!

    On street parking is available, but awkward due to narrow streets. Cooked Breakfast is 8am to 9am, those travelling for work should be aware. A self help ceral / yogurt option is available earlier.

    Silverton is a quiet village situated around 10 miles...

    Silverton is a quiet village situated around 10 miles outside of Exeter. It has a small shop, a couple of pubs & lots of older housing, many buildings with thatched roofs. It also has a reasonable bus service on a route between Exeter & Tiverton, that allowed me to have a car-free day on my break. The peace & quiet of the rural location was much appreciated!

    Location suited our needs,being a convenient stop-over from Staffordshire to Cornwall. Relatively easy access to A30 via Exeter. The village itself,Silverton, was interesting,pleasant,and although I had to park roadside,beyond view of the inn,I didn’t worry about leaving the car with all the luggage within it. Ambience within the inn while having our evening meal was pleasant,meal itself was ok.

    The staff were very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble! The room was clean and pleasant to stay in. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; the bedding was beautifully laundered! The bathroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast was tasty and nicely cooked. My stay at The Silverton Inn was good value for money!!

    Superb accommodation. Lovely and clean and the food served is excellent quality. The roads leading to Silverton can be testing and the parking mentioned is actually in the street wherever you can find room. However, having said that, we had no problems finding somewhere to leave the car.
