Everything. The location directly in the New Forest, the staff which was so kind and helpful, the rooms which have been entirely renovated, the restaurant for breakfast and supper, the huge garden in front of the hotel, the horses in the parking the morning of our departure (horses are free to go where they want in the New Forest).

Gem with only 5 rooms, beautifully curated, cool and stylish decor (all Deus ex Machina), very friendly owner and staff, amazing food with some of the best vegan options I have ever tasted, close to Boscombe Beach, close enough to Bournemouth city center. Very clean, unusual and perfect multi-bed family accommodation (we had the large room for 6!), very reasonably priced, friendly and helpful staff and manager Tina, parking, not on the busy road yet only 6 minute walk from Bournemouth International Center and 4 minutes to the top of the zig zag down to the beach. My kids were trying to write a “Tregonholme” song on the way home! A classic and exceptional inexpensive holiday stay.

Everything was excellent ♥️ Staff very friendly and helpful..especially Luisa,cause she helped me a lot for transport and explained a lot to me to get to the station etc… Breakfast very good and a wide variety to choose from, only 1 thing i expected that at least there will be fried eggs,but never mind on the whole it is a very good hotel and I recommend it a lot. Location perfect, although i had a leg injury and had to climb up the hill, but never mind accidents happen.

A lovely friendly greeting followed by an excellent meal. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the room size was generous. The attention to detail was super, extra towels, fresh milk and quality coffee. All at a very reasonable price
