There is a huge and lovely beach here.
There is a huge and lovely beach here. The area is good for swimming/surfing and it is not too busy. There are lifeguards on a southern section of the beach. St Quen's bay holds special memories for us as a family as we scatted Mum in laws ashes in the sea as she was born near there. St Ouen's Bay is the largest stretch of sandy beach on the Island. It is truly stunning and a joy to spend time walking along the beach. Prestine white sandy beach and clear blue waters with no pollution or rubbish to be seen anywhere. At low tide a number of facinating rock pools appear around some of the small rock formations and the fort filled with a diversity of seaweeds. Its beautiful. It is easy to walk the length of the bay. Would highly reccomend El Tico beach cantina cafe/restauraunt along the bay as a relaxing place to eat and enjoy the views. An amazing stay, a short half term break.
An amazing stay, a short half term break. It was stormy but we loved it, sounds of waves nearby, the views from the windows. Took photos at different times of the day Apartment was full of natural light, warmed up naturally, not much heating was needed. Beds very comfy. Staff helpful.
