High recommendation for this property : Reasons: LOCATION (not too far with train to London) close to a variety of cool bars and shopping areas at Two Rivers Nature: lovely river walks and photography opportunities The Property. Electronic everything, so you can check in anytime and use the keypad at the entrance. Security: very safe camera protected and guards are around all the time. Food service and bar: very good. if you are 'older' and dont like stairs, there is no elevators, request first floor accommodations only. One side is the cool shadowy tree lined river area and the warmer side faces the city centre. Generally quiet but the town is growing more popular and the Police are more active presence! Car Park: very good. Location: next to Bus Terminal and a short walk to the above ground railway station. Staines: has its own personality and conveyance. Children friendly? okay. Lovely outdoor garden for drinks and food and computer time. Property is well groomed. Great for sports groups and tours

Wonderful. Met by Paul for breakfast and he was a pleasure to talk with. He shared about the family of swans that came to eat each morning. He went above and beyond expectations by assisting us to get documents to get an emergency passport! Also, the evening gal at the desk was very helpful too. We loved sitting by the fire with a drink in the evening.

The Heathrow South Apartments by Charles Hope, is phenomenal! I loved that it's situated right in the middle of the City Centre, and had all the major shops and restaurants around. It was a dream for my husband & I! The Apartment was clean, spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and look forward to visiting again soon!

Booked this hotel last minute because our flight was canceled at the last moment. London was too far to go back to because we had an early flight in the morning again. Wanted to end the nice weekend with a nice hotel. And that it was indeed! Beautiful surroundings, beautiful hotel. Would never of thought of it - used to staying in London - but this is definitely something to keep in mind for the next visit. Beautiful rooms, good service.

    Staines, like most towns in the UK is suffering from decline of the traditional high street. This is mainly due to out of town shopping centres and large supermarkets. Very good market in the high street on a Saturday.

    Staines was close to the attractions we wished to visit (Legoland and Chessington) and had a range of takeaways, restaurants and shops near to our accommodation. Parking was available locally and it made a good base for travel.

    Well located for access to from M25/M3/Heathrow.

    Well located for access to from M25/M3/Heathrow. It was a good base for a 2 day visit to Windsor & then Twickenham. Trains run regularly to both. Town was well facilitated with shops, food outlets both major and independent businesses

    Lovely location near the river Thames which was nice to walk by in the morning and evenings. Good local area with shops and restaurants and the train station goes straight into London. Really easy to access nearby transport links and Heathrow airport too.

    We stayed in Staines because it's close to Windsor and we were visiting the castle. The view of the river Thames from our hotel (The Swan) was lovely. It was interesting to watch so many different boats, kayaks and barges passing by. We went for a short walk around the hotel and everything looked clean and very serene.

    Great breakfast options and time frame. Food first class. We've stayed at the Boelyn several times now and had the most recent room before. Ideal and spacious. The hotel location is close but not on top of both Heathrow and the M25, so handy in many ways. Close to many attractions including the Thames for river cruises and of course Windsor.
