Just brilliant. Great location. Great hosts. Beautiful surroundings. Best extras in terms of teas, coffees, bread, cereals, breakfast choice I have seen. None of this just one coffee per person silliness. Beautiful room. Loads of toiletries. Best place I have stayed for a long time in terms of what you get for your money. And I have toured a lot so stay in a lot of places. The personal touches on the decor are are next to none....I highly recommend.

I had a fantastic time at Five Oaks B&B. The location is simply beautiful – tucked away in a peaceful, green setting yet just a short walk from the beach and New Quay. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the surroundings are perfect for anyone who enjoys nature and tranquillity. The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s clear they put real care into making guests feel at home.
