In one word: perfect!! A big room, big bathroom, very clean, everything you need is here. A lot of tea, coffee, milk sugar, biscuits, bodylotion, shower gel, everything. Good water pressure in the shower, very friendly staff, location in the forest, what do you need more! The bed was so comfortable… amazing, we definitely come back here when we are in England. Thanks for everything

The staff were amazing - friendly and helpful- nothing was too much trouble. Cleaners on request left extra milk and my preferred coffee option throughout my stay. Restaurant staff were professional and helpful. Reception staff had to put up with me leaving my key card in my room 3 times - but it was never an issue- helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Plenty of food and choice. I will definitely stay again when in the UK- it will feel like visiting friends.

The rooms were spot on, bed was comfy plenty of space in the room and styled very well. although I didn’t get to meet the staff, they were very accommodating and friendly when it came to me checking in late when I spoke to them on the phone.

    Beautifully designed and appointed Modern Studio, secure with today’s tech - Smart TV, Alexa, and the bonus of air conditioning during this September heatwave. Towels, utensils, tea, coffee and the thoughtful addition of a carton of oat milk. I've stayed in many hotels/serviced apartments, this is a little gem if you’re looking for accommodation in the region of Epping Forest. Absolutely recommend.

    I really appreciated the warm and friendly welcome from the hotel manager, which made me feel valued straight away. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials, like coffee and shampoo, which made my stay comfortable. The location was very convenient, and overall, it offered great value for money.

    I didn’t not have a time to have break fast but the owner was very friendly well come thank for your lovely time and it was a lovely experience for me and my husbands and we do always need to travel to London it will be our hotel 🙏
