Was very close to an event we were attending and had easy acces to Leicester and Loughborough. Room was a little dated but was clean and bedding was just laundered. The double bed was honestly the most comfortable bed iv ever slept on so much so my husband and myself stripped it to find out where it was from. Despite being next to a busy road we couldn't hear much road noise at all and the staff were pleasant and helpful when we asked to extend our stay.
