Location was fabulous, overlooking the estuary with the rising hills dotted with sheep behind the pool house. As a vegan the breakfast was adequate. The bread wasn't great. Used to sourdough not pre sliced white bread. Tofu scramble would have been nice. The tea was good and there was my preferred plant based milk.

The hotel is brand new ( built in 2021) so everything is in perfect condition. Location for was perfect, as it is on the side of the road, but you can't hear any noise from inside the room. Very comfy bed, walk in shower ( which I really appreciate) and room size (22m2) Breakfast is excellent, many options, fruits, yogurt, cereals, different types of bread and cheese , smoked salmon and so on. Very complete. This was our second night there, we stayed there on our way to Cornwall and stayed there on our return from Cornwall. For us, it was excellent.

The staff here are super friendly and efficient. Very helpful and definitely went the extra mile. Lovely comfortable room. Good breakfast and even helped with toothpaste as my stay was unexpected

    I didnt see one shop that was part of a well known chain. Fabulous river views and many benches on which to sit when strolling. Parked in central hotel so cannot answer about parking problems . Ate at our hotel or friends home.

    Topsham is a lovely place with plenty of lovely places to eat, we tried the Globe and the following evening had a fabulous meal at the Galley. The Salutation where we stayed has a restaurant but on this occasion we didn't try it

    Well located with excellent accessibility to numerous other venues and a variety of eating options. Had two excellent meals at The Passage and an unexpected fun quiz night.can also recommend Rickfish on Exeter Quay for superb fish.

    Such a lovely little town on the quay.

    Such a lovely little town on the quay. We walked from Darts farm to the RSPB, about 25mins, then on towards Topsham, so nice walking along the sea wall, lots of benches for a rest. Little Tea shop open on Bank Holiday serving takeaway teas, So could sit on quay and enjoy the peace. The number 57 bus drops you into the centre every half hour.

    Very niche but enjoyable.

    Very niche but enjoyable. Great atmosphere and very relaxed... Too understand is to visit. To not visit would be your loss. So much quaintness with exceptional relaxation. Always a must for any open minded person to enjoy a quintessential day or two in fabulous Topsham.

    friday breakfast not the quality i would have expected ,the toast was burnt on one side but placed so it would not be observed the mushrooms were tasteless . saturday breakfast was excellent no complaints at all.

    From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. The staff are all so friendly and accomadating a special mention to Tracy who is the nicest lady ever she really went out of her way to make our stay special. I celebrated my Birthday while we were there and we had my elderly parents who were looked after 100% by Tracy an asset to the hotel.

    Delightful room with comfortable large bed. The shower was amazing with no fluctuation in hot water flow and easy to use. All the staff I met were very friendly and courteous. It was good to have a hotel car park as parking in Topsham is limited

    Spacious really comfortable apartment in a great location right next to the quay in Topsham. Really friendly helpful hosts too. Very close to many pubs and restaurants, with a fantastic cafe for breakfast downstairs.
