    We stayed in Ogmore-By-Sea, which is quiet seaside village on the wonderful Glamorgan Heritage Coast, with a beautiful long beach on the fabulous Heritage Coastal Path and next to the famous Merthyr Mawr massive stretch of sand dunes. It is within easy reach of other beaches along the coast, coastal and inland walks, beautiful villages in the Vale of Glamorgan and the historic town of Cowbridge, all of which have plenty of pubs and restaurants. It is also within easy reach of Cardiff, a vibrant city with a lot to offer.
