The hotel was very nice, clean and in a good location. The staff was excellent. The room was clean, well furnished and had a comfortable bed. The hotel has enough parking spaces for the car. There is a Tesco and a bus stop a short walk away from the hotel, which gives easy access to Edinburgh city centre.

The spa area is nice but could need some more chairs to relax. The hotel itself is stunning and feels like out of a fairy tale. Food in the restaurant was delicious and the hotel is close to the city.

It was easy to arrive from Edinburgh centre by bus. Also the airport shuttle was very easy to use (for free!) in tje morning with kids and luggages. Comfy beds and nice bath tub. Staff were very helpful and kind!

    Very convenient for Edinburgh Airport- bus stop 80 metres away- £4.50 vs £32 for a taxi. Comfortable room, but would have preferred a toilet in the room, rather than across the corridor.Very good value for money.Restaurant and bar on the premises, but no breakfast except weekends.
