Friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great menu of classic pub food to choose from. Was cycling route 3 with friends, so these were perfect lodgings. Staff were flexible to feed us even though we arrived later than expected, and provided space in an outhouse for our bikes. Generous cooked breakfast to see us on our way.

Beautiful hotel in the bay of St Mews with great views on the harbour. We visited with a dog and were very welcome in the special dog friendly rooms. The bar and restaurant are great with beautiful views. The hotel is just a short walk away from other restaurants and pubs, so perfectly allocated in the village. The room was specious and clean, and the staff surprised us with dog treats. Will visit again!

Relaxed place and surrounded by hills and only accessible via narrow roads so ‘tourists’ are seldom. Beautiful nature just outside the door/ window, and a picturesque harbour. Very friendly staff. Delicious food options offered too. From breakfast to dinner.

We had car trouble and the staff were very helpful. The Manager Bernie and Simon were very kind and thoughtful to lend a helping hand. There were truly "lifesavers"! I dont know what we would have done without their assistance. Wanda at reception was courteous and helpful. Summer at the Bar was also friendly and helpful. What a truly fabulous stay. Would highly recommend this hotel and especially the professional staff on hand.

    A lovely thriving village with pub, post office/shop and school. Pretty with characterful historic houses. As a base it was good to get back to after a full day at other ares on our list as far and wide as Mevagissy, Bodmin, the Minack theatre and Tintagle

    Veryan is a secluded, quiet Cornish village.

    Veryan is a secluded, quiet Cornish village. Opposite our Guest House was a typical traditional pub serving excellent food and ales. We ate there each evening during our stay at the Elerkey (B&B) Guest House. The village location is ideal for visiting the Eden Project. During our brief stay we visited St Mawes and Falmouth taking the ferry. We also visited St Ives and Gwithian with it's superb beach. Each of these locations was easy to visit from Veryan.

    The family who run Elerkey are amazing. We cannot praise them enough. They were so welcoming and nothing was too much. The breakfast has a great choice for you to select and was all cooked to perfection. Veryan village is so lovely and pretty. Loved the little round houses. We will miss the family and Dad’s great sense of humour.

    Elerkey House is situated in the middle of Veryan, literally a few steps from the pub and the village shop, making it an ideal location. Anne was very welcoming and the rooms were spotless. There were a good range of gluten free options for breakfast, as well as some snacks in the room.

    Anne was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing too much. Comfortable room and superb breakfast. Peaceful location in Veryan village. Probably one of the best Guest Houses we have ever stayed in and would thoroughly recommend it.
