Fantastic leisure centre and facilities members of staff were friendly and helpful only one lady was rude that was seating us for breakfast, The room was lovely and spacious and extremely comfortable and clean. Very relaxing stay and would highly recommend and would definitely return..

I can't put down in words what an absolutely fantastic pleasure it was to stay here. Everything from the staff, room, meals were just out of this world. Many thanks to the staff, whom I will add showed how much they cared and loved working there. Top place to stay. Again many many thanks.

    If travelling with babies and you request travel cot please take this into account when allocating rooms as some rooms are bigger than others. Also when there are 2 adults in a room it would be ideal to have 2 bath sheets each!

    The breakfast was brilliant, bed was comfy and the staff were wonderful. I left my purse in reception on a seat and had arrived in Manchester before I realised. They were quick to post it down to me on special delivery. Made it very simple! I’ve added photos of some neighbours close to the hotel that I met on a short walk while there. :) …plus the view

    Breakfast was good (though I think one of our party didn't get the bacon he wanted), the room was fine (though the carpet needed de-staining and there was no heat on what was an unseasonably cool arrival day). The dinner menu was more typical of a food-led pub than an hotel, but the portions were generous and the food nicely cooked.

    A great location and the public areas are very well decorated, particularly the bar and restaurant. The rooms are large and have everything you needed. The food was first class! Nicest hotel food I have had for a very long time.

    I found the hotel easily by bus, there is an excellent service in the day. My friends knew where it is. I could have the breakfast I wanted, porridge and banana. I didn't use the restaurant for other meals.
