this is a really lovely pub in a wonderful location and perfect for a Thames walker. I was lucky enough to have a room looking out over the river it was beautiful, and excellent staff

Our 3rd visit in 3 years and it continues to be excellent. It feels like home rather than a hotel. Staff are wonderful. You are made to feel so welcome. Location is perfect for rail trips into London or boat trips to Richmond or Hampton court, or just a short walk into Kingston over the river. Free secure parking and a great breakfast, what's not to like. Will we be back? Of course we will!

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Was easy to get to via free train and very well marked. T4 then follow crowne plaza signs. From the price was expecting very little. From the minute I walked in was greeted and instructed where to go. The place was amazing. The friendly staff checked me in and answered all my questions. When I got to the room couldn’t believe it. Big, with 2 beds. Sitting area, big desk, walk in rain shower with wand, 2 closets, little kitchen desk with fridge. I ordered room service and got a huge meal with a big fruit cup for breakfast for 22 pounds. Very comfortable bed with nice duvet. I checked out by phone. When I went to leave to take shuttle to airport again very friendly and asked if everything was OK and if I needed help. I don’t remember the names when checked in but Susan was at the desk and helpful. Sarjit also asked if I needed anything and helped me with where/how to get the shuttle. Then came out and visited for awhile, it was all so appreciated!!!!! I live in USA but if ever back that way will definitely stay there! All for 118 plus tax!!

Everything was just PERFECT - location, very friendly personnel, clean room in traditional style British Hotel with pub. Excellent breakfast. Spacious and convenient parking outside ULEZ. Hope to come back again one day.
