I used to live very close to the town for many years.

I used to live very close to the town for many years. However, my stay at the Beambridge was the first time I have stayed there . Excellent value for money and exceptional service, thank you. Food was good value, with efficient fast service, no waiting. So excellent. Wellington is of course famous for its monument, also its independent and varied shops and has lots of eateries and bars.Amazing facilities for a small town, well worth a visit

Bar and food very good, staff very friendly, bedroom accommodation very poor. Our main reason was to have a good standard of a good standard of accommodation which this is not. If you want good food I do recommend as the chef is obviously very good and uses high quality products.

We lived in the area for 35 years before moving to be closer to family. Wellington is well situated as a base to visit the beautiful surrounding area. It is also a busy little town with some interesting shops.

We came back to the town of my birth for a wedding so only stayed one night. However If circumstances had been different we would have been very happy to have stayed here longer. We needed to drop off our luggage early and they were very welcoming and helpful with this. Although we returned late we noticed at breakfast that whilst there is no evening restaurant guests can either eat close by, or bring a takeaway into the dinning room and wine glasses are available on request. Breakfast was first class and extremely good value. All in all a delightful place to stay in the heart of the town, close to all facilities and local transport and parking. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The owner was friendly on arrival and keen to give us all of the relevant information we needed for our stay. The restaurant was lovely as was the food. The chef was very friendly and helpful in assisting us with gluten free options and alternatives for dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately we wouldn't come back to stay. The upstairs is very old and dated. It needs a good clean and updating. The wallpaper is hanging off under the window in the room we stayed in. The carpets are old and trodden in, the en-suite wasn't finished with wood work missing and a leaking shower. The laminate was peeling off the shower walls. The whole upstairs also smelled like old cigarettes where it has previously been smoked in.

Friendly welcome eventhough we arrived late by mistake. En-suite room perfectly clean. Tea & Coffee in bedroom. Well ventilated. Very effective blackout blind. Bed and pillows just right for me but duvet a bit hot on a very hot night. Excellent value for money. Thank you.

Lovely, characterful inn not far from Wellington with spacious well equipped rooms. We were in the Monument which had a little kitchen area, a dining area and sofa bed, a lovely separate bedroom and nice bathroom. Lots of nice touches, for example, fresh milk in the fridge and a jar of homemade cookies in our room. Very clean. We had dinner in the restaurant which was very good and reasonably priced. Excellent ales and beers. The breakfast was delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This my third stay here and it didn't disappoint. This is my go to place in Wellington. Good location and lots of parking. The staff are friendly and it is like a home from home. The breakfast is amazing and the evening food is lovely. I stay here on my own for work and feel very safe. Can't fault this place.

Excellent small family run B&B in the centre of Wellington. Quiet and comfortable, superbly decorated and clean rooms give a great nights sleep. On street parking outside premises plentiful and well lit. And to finish with probably the best full English breakfast in the south west

Great location and great breakfast. Separate bathroom but shower was powerful and hot. Good selection of toiletries, and tea and coffee in room. The choice of channels on the smart TV was much better than in most hotels. Staff were friendly and helpful.
