    Clive, the host is very friendly and accommodating.

    Clive, the host is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were well appointed, the beds were very comfy and the en-suite bathrooms and showers were great. The best bit was the breakfast. Such an amazing choice, with freshly baked bread, cooked to be warm for us at breakfast, and a big bowl of fresh fruit salad, plus fruits, juice, tea/coffee and cereals, yoghurts. We made the most of it before we set off to continue our hike around Bath countryside. We had stopped off in a local pub for dinner on our way, and ended up getting very comfortable there, so we set off quite late to The Westwoods on foot. We tried to get a cab, but it was going to be £30 for a 5 minute ride, so we walked, which was fine except it was starting to get dark. We found it OK with google maps, and Clive was there to welcome us with a smile.

    Quaint village with a local pub.

    Quaint village with a local pub. Endless views of the English countryside. Quiet and relaxing. Convenient location - we were able to day-trip to Glastonbury, Cheddar, Wells, and Bath. Nearby Trowbridge has a lovely old church we visited.

    I booked the westwoods for my mums 60th birthday and loved the whole experience, we all did. We chose to have breakfast in the morning, and tbh I didn't expect anything amazing, but we loved the croissants, and the coffee was delicious!! Overall experience was lovely, and the hosts were super friendly. I definitely stay again! Thank you xxx

    The breakfast in westwood are superb a fresh fruits with a fresh bake bread with matching brewed coffee....Location was a bit exciting to locate its in a countryside friendly and very quit....a lovely place to stay sadly that i can only booked for a night...i will surely recommend the place!!
