This was a lovely place to stay. The rooms were modern and very clean with a great bathroom. The breakfast was very good, and the pub for other meals had a lovely atmosphere. The menu was very good, and the Sunday roast was very, very good! Well worth a visit for a meal, and I will definitely stay here again.

Everything about this place was wonderful! Our room was good sized, comfortable and well appointed. All staff interactions were very good with polite and friendly staff in all areas. We enjoyed the breakfast very much as well as enjoying a few drinks in the bar :)

The chance to stay in a bit of history. It's a magnificent place, in the most beautiful, tranquil setting. The whole place is beautifully and comfortably furnished. Lovely pool in the spa. We've enjoyed finding our way around through both the grand and quirky areas.

    Excellent friendly hosts nothing too much trouble, they had...

    Excellent friendly hosts nothing too much trouble, they had two beautiful cats {not allowed in room}, location great with lovely garden. We went to a military show at Market Harborough only about 10 miles away. Lovely quite area and easy parking. A local village corner shop at end of road and a very nice pub called The Fox we had a nice meal there. Ideal for couples.
