Just a short drive from the hotel. Excellent park in the multi-store, only £2 for 2 hours! Coffee shops galore. Pefect for people watching, car spotting, and football player recognising. Wilmslow is a perfect place to visit Quarry Bank Mill and Alderley Edge. Alderely Edge has great views of the Cheshire Plain and folklore around the wizard, Merlin. both are within walking distance of Wilmslow. On arrival I had twin room booked , stated on app that we would arrive following day between 00:00 to 1:00. Hotel gave our room away and offered a double bed to us. This was not appropriate as and left me furious. Have since contacted hotel with no response. They made no effort on the night to sort situation. I paid for a twin room and expected to receive it on arrival. Instead I ended up sleeping on floor and believe I should be compensated for such a poor experience. I would expect the hotel make some effort to at least reimburse half the fair of the room as a result. To say I’m furious is an understatementGuest review byBrianIreland - 10.0

The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport and you didn't feel like you were in the airport but nearby countryside. By paying extra for the room, you can get 15 days free parking and not have the hassle booking your car into one of the airport carparks. Works out cheaper! They run a shuttle bus from the hotel to the terminals at regular intervals for £14 return so still good value. Instructions were easy to follow.Guest review byHelenUnited Kingdom

In fact, I stayed there twice before flying back to NZ. The manager, Chris, was friendly and super helpful a real credit to the hotel. My room was clean and spacious, and I especially loved the deep walk-in shower. The location is perfect close to all the neat shops, bars, and restaurants. So plenty to see and do. The location is rural and very green. The building is a mish mash of centuries from 16th C to 1980's/90's. Bathrooms clean & do tidy/clean room daily.
