The breakfast was enjoyable, with fresh ingredients and a nice selection of sausages. The room was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The heating from the wall-mounted radiators kept the room at a perfect temperature for November. The water was reliably hot or cold as needed, and the bathroom was spotless with fresh bed linens, robes, and towels. The balcony provided a fantastic view, and the staff were outstanding, very helpful and polite. For the price, the rooms were very affordable, and the hotel’s location was excellent, within walking distance of all popular spots in Batumi.

It was super comfortable to walk to the city center. this was one of the main concerns for me since i was visiting for job and i did not have a car to move around Batumi. Also, super important factor was the ambiance and the cozyness of the hotel and the front yard. Everything is very aesthetically pleasing, with all the tiny details. it shows the thoughtfulness and love that is put in. everything was clean, I really enjoyed staying there. Thank you Sakartvelo! would gladly come back any chance i get!

The staf <3 I wanted to make reservations at spa before se went there, the team was so helpful about the details - sent us all we need to know before we arrived. We needed to check-in a bit early, they managed it for us. They upgraded our room as a treat :) and they welcomed our dog with full pleasure! And upon that, the location and view is amazing; room is clean and comfortable; pool is super clean and warm.. So in short, we liked it a lot will be back again! Thank you!
