We had a wonderful short stay at this hotel right next to Kutaisi Airport. The room was clean and comfortable—perfect for a quick stop before our flight. What really stood out was the incredible hospitality: the owner personally drove us to the airport at 4 AM, going above and beyond to make sure we made our flight on time. So kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and welcoming place near the airport!

We have arrived almost by midnight. It was raining like crazy outside. Owner came to pick us up in front of the property. Welcomed us and accomodated us. We stayed there just for 4 hours as we had to catch early flight by morning. Owner prepared breakfast for us in advance. But most importantly he woke up at same time (4.a.m) as us, so he could drive us to the airport. What a gesture, never seen it before. Without him it would be struggle to get to airport that early. We had a comfy bed. Place is designed as old church, so there is specific atmosphere we liked. And a price? Lovely. You can not miss with this one.

Very pleasant stay! A huge house with extremely beautiful well-groomed garden. Nice furniture, a lot of kitchen appliances and tableware, very neat and clean. Excellent location, very friendly host. Very close to popular 'Stalin' thermal Bath number 6 which used to be the top medical wellness spa during Soviet time. Huuuuge veranda upstairs, all necessary amenities. Host organizes superb tours.
