It was really a great hotel, and the owner was such a kind and hospitable person. Despite the cold weather in the city, he provided us with very good conditions. I highly recommend staying at this hotel to everyone.

We came here to rest from our bikepacking trip. The staff was super friendly, accommodating our needs. The rooms were super comfy and clean, it was very restful and the beds comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good.

Amazing hotel! Located on the bank of a stream with ducks and storks, the place itself has been given extraordinary thought, both the room and the dining room are filled with the handiwork of an expert locksmith and with the unique and beautiful design of the owner. The garden is well-kept and full of fruit trees and lovely corners for sitting and reading a book in peace in front of the stream. We had a great time!

Great service! We had to leave quite early in the morning and asked whether they could pack something for us, and were surprised to see how much food they prepared. Real Armenian hospitality!

Great location - almost the very centre! Very supportive and welcoming host! Opposite side of the street, there is a great restaurant

Host is very friendly and also available for any questions etc. Location is great for stay when visiting Vardzia which is about an hour of driving away, nearby is also Paravani lake. Accomodation offers comfortable stay and if you are as lucky as we were you might get to taste excellent Armenian coffee (thank you Armik).
