It was an absolutely amazing stay. The hotel is not in the very center of the city, but it's only a 10-minute walk away, which gives you the tranquility of a tree-lined street. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you could need; they even provided bathrobes. The open buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of options. Enjoying our breakfast in the winter garden was a particular pleasure. The hotel also has ample parking, which is very helpful for those traveling by car.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a minimalist design, which I really appreciated. The host was polite and welcoming. The location is perfect — right in the city center, yet surprisingly quiet. All the main attractions are within a 10-minute walk. Highly recommend!

This is my fourth time visiting Ms. NINO's hotel since I first came to Georgia in 2023. This time we were greeted by her son, who was absolutely attentive and everything went smoothly. A place that can be chosen repeatedly, I think everything here needs no further explanation

The property was excellent, ultra cute and simple. If you love old houses and this kind of traditional details it definitely suits you. Additionally, Mr. Saba is very polite and helpful, available to help at any time, giving us any advice that we needed with responsibility and assistance (and very careful driver as well). We hope to meet that place again in the future and these beautiful people. Unfortunately, our reservation didn’t have a breakfast but we heard that the breakfast is made by the landlords -fact that makes the place even better and special Greetings from Greece

The hotel is super central in the heart of the old town, yet next to the big river. My room had a balcony and an excellent view, was spacious, beds were cozy, bathroom clean and water warm, fridge and AC in perfect condition - couldn’t ask for anything else. The host Elsa was very caring and Nukri was a super driver and companion over my three days. We shared some laughs at beautiful places and some glasses of delicious pomegranate wine :) I was traveling on my own and felt safe, welcome and inspired to wonderful tours around the area. Thank you both for an excellent time!
