Gregori and his parents are lovely people who shared their home with us. Gregori speaks English and showed us his little farm. He gave us travel recommendations. We enjoyed plenty of homemade delicious food (best Khatchapuri Georgias) and wine. It is a wonderful place to relax and come in touch with Georgian life in the countryside. Excellent hotel with a warm, family-like atmosphere — the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. There's a spacious shared kitchen fully equipped with everything you might need (pots, plates, mugs, wine glasses, etc.). Rooms are very clean, modern, and spacious, with balconies. Each room includes a welcome set, kettle, mugs, a small fridge, as well as bathrobes and slippers. Private parking is available for guests, and laundry services are offered at very reasonable prices. This stay was truly one of the highlights of my week-long trip to Georgia. The care we received was unmatched - from the warm welcome and the tour of the property (along with the family’s story) to the incredible breakfast. We even got to buy souvenirs at their home: their own wine and chacha, made from fruit grown in their garden! The room and bed were very comfortable, with enough space for all our belongings. The details of the home were wonderful - the parquet floors, wooden doors, and furniture gave it a lot of charm. Everything was well-organized and clean. There’s parking available on the property, and the city is just a short walk down the hill. We also visited Sisters restaurant, which was a hit (make sure to book in advance, as it fills up quickly!). Will definitely be coming back here, when in Kutaisi.

We loved everything about it. Exactly like the pictures. Comfortable beds and clean shower!! The hostess was magnificent. Anything i wanted i just kept asking her, she arranged us transfer from and towards the airport and even a mini trip to Prometheus cave!! She recommended restaurants and places to see. She answered every question patiently. She is amazing!! She will help you with anything. The hotel is really close to mini supermarket and about 15minutes walk from the center! Quiet neighborhood! We loved it there! Would definitely recommend it
