I had an amazing stay! The staff was incredible, so kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with so many wonderful choices to enjoy. There was terrace with an amazing view. They gave us extra water bottles for free when we left. A special thank you to the administrator – you were absolutely wonderful. The whole hotel is amazing, staff is very very friendly and helpful, the location of the hotel is a masterpiece you get the feeling that you traveled by time and still in a modern way, the SPA is amazing and is a must, I do highly recommend it

Absolutely loved this place! It’s super cozy and feels just like home. The owners are such kind, friendly people — they made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is amazing, right in the middle of the forest, but still super easy to get to. Everything was spotless and beautifully kept. Just a perfect little escape — can’t wait to come back!

The staff is very courteous, they don't understand english but they will help you in every possible way. The owner also is quite helpful and tries to be available for you if required any help. We did this booking at the last moment and asked for a late checkout. The ski lift is right in front of this hotel. You will find a restaurant next to it , also Spars convenience store is nearby and open 24/7 . The apartment is equipped with a bed, mattress,balcony, pillows, blankets, hot water, private bathroom, stove top and a few basic kitchenettes to prepare tea and noodles . I would have given 2 more stars if I could because I really like how they welcomed us with so much warmth. Hopefully book this soon , whenever I will be in Bakuraini.
