We experienced truly magical holidays here! Nowhere else have we ever felt such warmth and genuine kindness. Every single member of the hotel staff was always smiling, attentive, and radiated positivity. We enjoyed a wonderful professional massage, and the hairdresser’s services were of the highest quality. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered a breathtaking sea view. Breakfasts were simply delightful! But above all, our deepest gratitude goes to the entire team – such an outstanding group of professionals with warm and radiant hearts. The overall experience was excellent, from the owner always being helpful as well as the excellent customer service from all the staff. I was there the last week in August 2023, apologize for the late review some personal issues. The pool and jucuzzi areas were great, a relief from the crazy town that is Mykonos. My rental car broke down on the way back from the old Port around midnight, I was stuck just around a dangerous curve on the highway a blind spot for oncoming crazy drivers. To make matters worse my iPhone died earlier that day but there was an Aegean Gas station within view about 1 KM away which I walked to. I was able to get the attendant to call the Hotel front desk after numerous fruitless attempts to contact Avis. No sooner than I get off the phone to walk outside there was a Mercedes pulling up into the gas station who rolled down his window and told me to get in, the owner sent one of his staff members to pick me up I'm guessing in his personal vehicle. After getting back to the reception desk the staff spent the next 30 minutes after midnight trying to get a hold of Avis. Finally we found someone, and we relayed the urgent need to send a tow truck to get the car so it wouldn't be smacked into around that dangerous curve. The Tow Truck arrived withing 20 mins and I was able to get the car towed. My last day while waiting for the shuttle back to the airport my adjustment handle on my Swiss gear luggage came loose and needed a missing screw. Sure, enough Panos got one of his staff to fix my handle too!

Waking up to the view was phenomal wish I could relive every moment again the sea view and the private pool was amazing, breakfast every morning it wasn't to far from the airport and town our favourite dish was the spaghetti bolognase.

It was a great experience staying at Croco. The team at Croco made us feel right at home attending to all our needs. They have a whatsapp concierge which made communicating with the team really easy to attend to all our needs. They helped arrange for the rental of a Car during our stay there, pick up and drop off all done at the Hotel which was really really useful for us. Their breakfast spread was great and filling with different dishes each day so that our stay was dynamic and enjoyable. You get a great view of the Mykonos Sunset as the hotel is located right by the coast, Location wise, it is really near the main tourist area of Chora, which made it accessible by foot or car. It is a great place if you are looking to relax and unwind by the pool. One of the notable mentions, which I feel is important because it is exemplary of the standards that they hold themselves to - was that the Soap, Shower Gel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Tooth Brush provided were all branded and of high quality. Something which really impressed me and my wife. Another great feature of this Hotel is that they have a Gym, it helped me keep some weight off my belly during this trip and was actually the only hotel equipped with a Gym that we stayed in.

I loved everything that was on that place, starting from the staff who welcomed me in the best ways possible and made me feel so comfortable that I didn’t have anything to complain about. Continuing with breakfast and any kind of meal, they were excellent and sooo delicious! My space where I was staying was amazing. Its interior design was shocking so luxurious and eye catching, it was cured even on the smallest detalis also it was very comfortable

    Convenient for access to the airport.

    Convenient for access to the airport. In a flight path of aeroplanes landing, but rooms well soundproofed. Little options for food on arrival. No reception area. Reasonable communication with host via messaging. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Hosts helpful with finding a well priced transfer from ferry. However, could be preferable to stay somewhere more pleasant with free transfers to and from port and airport.
