Great Location, awesome front beach, comfy room, Maria was excelent with all our request. Beautiful hotel. Fausto for all the tours arrangements was excellent too. The bar was perfect, everything that you wished for. The pick up from the airport on time and professional. Its the best place to stay if you are looking forward to relaxing. Also you have a few companies to rent cars o four wheels. Photos do not make it justice

It's a family business. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly. Talkative and very fun. Food was amazing, shout-out to the chef! The pool was really clean every single day we stayed there. Very close to the sea, which was very clean with not many people to make it over crowded.

Great place and we had an amazing time. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the host was very nice and attentive. Parking space available at all times. Daily cleaning and spacious room for two people. Air conditioning was working and no extra charge which was amazing. The WiFi was strong and fast. We had all the amenities we would need. There is a small and very beautiful beach just 5min walk away, also stores and restaurants nearby, but I would recommend having a car.

it was paradise..located on northeast side of Zakynthos away from all the touristy congested things. you need to rent a car if you wish to see the island which we did from the airport before arriving. Katharine the owner and her staff were exceptional. we were greeted upon arrival once unpacked our host sat down with us on our beautiful balcony viewing the Ionian Sea and showed us a map of the island, places we might want to see and made several restaurant suggestions which we enjoyed.restaurant Bassia, Cave Daminas and steps from the villa Amoudi beach restaurant. the villa was cleaned daily and the ordered breakfast served on your porch was lovely. ( for 18 euros you had a magnificent selection of eggs, waffles, pancakes, fresh squeezed Orange juice, coffee, fruit, bacon,omelets, spinach or cheese pie. we also requested little sandwiches so we could take on our adventures during the day. we bought snorkels down the street and small local mini groc stores…every night enjoyed local wine purchased there. Friendly staff and it has its own beach front and lounging area… very private. This is the only place we would stay on Zakynthos and will recommend to everyone. Boat rental for a day- captains boat rental economy boat -no license required -the Sea water is the most brilliant blue we have ever seen!

The host is a really nice lady! I had to go for early morning tour before breakfast, and she made breakfast for me the night before. She allowed me to take the towel for the tour and shower after I check out in the morning and before I left for the airport. She even offered to drive us to the airport with discount rate. Many of the guests are return guests, and they all love her! The property is very nice, with a nice pool. What makes it special is that the owner also owns a beach front property, only 200 meter from the hotel, so hotel guests can use the sun bed and umbrella for free (buy a drink at the bar). Swimming in the crystal clear water and eat right on the water are very relaxing. Highly recommended to stay here.

    Amoudi is such a friendly place and will make you want to...

    Amoudi is such a friendly place and will make you want to yearn to come back again and again .It is a quiet place but will make you welcome and is a beach lovers paradise .Plenty of good quality places to dine out at reasonable prices. Met numerous people who were regulars at the resort and I can understand why they come back again and again. I am hoping to do the same myself at my earliest opportunity and will advise other friends to do the same. One way I judge a holiday is how sad you are to leave and we were all pretty low.

    The village is very small but quiet.

    The village is very small but quiet. The beach is not deep, there are no beach resorts but some good places with swimming pools and beach bars. With a half-hour trip you can reach every point of Zakynthos. If you have a car, the location is ideal for visiting the whole island.

    Amoudi is slowly building-up its tourist industry but remains quieter and less built-up than the rest of the island's resorts especially those on the southern and south-eastern beaches. It's truly lovely with quite small beaches (not all sandy). All Zakynthian roads are chaotic and Amoudi is no different. Always walk facing oncoming traffic and at night have reflector or small torch handy! Tap water is not suitable for drinking (or boiling we were told) so we used bottled water for drinks etc. There are no shortages of excellent restaurants most with amazing sea views.

    Amoudi is a small village, it's not really a resort.

    Amoudi is a small village, it's not really a resort. This brings both advantages (you can find shops with decent prices, it's very quiet, it's not crowded), and disadvantages (no night life, no parties, you need to go to a different town/city/port for all of the organized boat trips), depending on what you are looking for. There are a few beaches, but we only liked one, with nice sand and perfect water (large areas with small water, for children, but also deep water for swimmers). We found both very good food, and mediocre food, depending on the tavern. There is a bus going through the village a few times per day, and it can be successfully used to travel cheaply (1.6 euros pp in July 2023), but you need to plan ahead, otherwise you may end up needing to take a taxi back.

    We stayed in Kozanos Suites with Private Pool. I think this is very good both for family with the children older than 12. Hotel is located in the middle of island and in the middle in the small town Ammoudi. It’s good option if you want to travel a lot during your holiday. Hotel is close to the sea with nice beach. Staff with the good intentions to help.

    The location of the hotel Is perfect, just above the beach (approximately one minute by walking). The staff was kind and prone to help us. They even let us stay at the hotel after the checkout hours. Many good restaurants nearby.
