There are several wonderful things about Calypso studios.The first is the staff..they are available, helpful, pleasant and attentive . They go out of their way to make your stay easy and comfortable.I was especially appreciate if that there was someone to meet me , give me the keys ,and show me around .The second is the grounds . The beautiful garden around the studios are exceptionally beautiful , tended daily, a lovely cool spot to sit and read a book or have a drink. The third is the area…it is very quiet and there are several beaches you can walk to and enjoy without being disturbed by too many others. They are quite private, at least when I was there. The studios are comfortable and has everything you need, lots of hot water , each with a balcony that faces the sea, so there is a great view and the cleaning is superlative. I give Calyspo studios and the staff a five star rating!

We were lucky enough to be the first to enjoy this new apartment at Calypso Villas for an extended w-e. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left, everything was perfect. Gina and her team welcomed us like family and helped us with everything. I cannot thank them enough for all their attention to detail and their support in everything, including staying up till midnight to bring us the cake for my girlfriend’s birthday. And let’s not forget the magnificent (and huge) breakfast that we never managed to eat in its entirety. Combine all this with a sunrise visible from bed and you will get your piece of paradise. 10/10!!

Hosts are friendly and welcoming.The room was clean and spacious with the most beautiful view out to Kefalonia. The beds were comfy, lots of storage for belongings during the stay, adequate self catering facilities, bathroom was fine. Linen changed and room cleaned every other day. I only ate at Clear Horizon once but the food was good. Perfect location, steps down to the most beautiful clean bay with clear waters. Very quiet location but enough restaurants and shops near by, 30 minute walk to Alykanas if you want more

Very friendly and helpful staff ! The absolute Greek hospitality experience ! Thank you Spyros , Voula and Katerina ! The place is very good located with easy access to other beaches , to Chora town and to the airport . Nice restaurants around , super market in 200 meters and all the facilities .A whole beach few steps away, like a private one , with lovely sea ! Absolutely recommended !!!

    Amoudi is a lovely little village - so peaceful but has a good few restaurants within walking distance. Plus a well stocked little supermarket for all every day needs. It’s not a bustling resort like some others nearby.

    Amoudi is such a friendly place and will make you want to yearn to come back again and again .It is a quiet place but will make you welcome and is a beach lovers paradise .Plenty of good quality places to dine out at reasonable prices. Met numerous people who were regulars at the resort and I can understand why they come back again and again. I am hoping to do the same myself at my earliest opportunity and will advise other friends to do the same. One way I judge a holiday is how sad you are to leave and we were all pretty low.

    The village is very small but quiet.

    The village is very small but quiet. The beach is not deep, there are no beach resorts but some good places with swimming pools and beach bars. With a half-hour trip you can reach every point of Zakynthos. If you have a car, the location is ideal for visiting the whole island.

    Amoudi is a beautiful place. Very peaceful. Lovely beaches. Several restaurants, some overlooking the sea. Small enough to walk around. Have stayed in villa corali and remezzo apartments and would highly recommend both.

    Amoudi is slowly building-up its tourist industry but...

    Amoudi is slowly building-up its tourist industry but remains quieter and less built-up than the rest of the island's resorts especially those on the southern and south-eastern beaches. It's truly lovely with quite small beaches (not all sandy). All Zakynthian roads are chaotic and Amoudi is no different. Always walk facing oncoming traffic and at night have reflector or small torch handy! Tap water is not suitable for drinking (or boiling we were told) so we used bottled water for drinks etc. There are no shortages of excellent restaurants most with amazing sea views.

    The host was great, he made our stay very comfortable, he was very helpful. The apartment was very nice, spacious and clean, the view was amazing, de balcony was a great place to relax and enjoy. I definitely recommend this place and if we decide one day to go back to Zakynthos, we're definitely staying again at Playa del Zante. The location is also very good,with very good restaurants and supermarkets close by.

    The owner was very kind and was always trying to get us comfortable. The view from the studio is amazing, to be able to see the sea from your bed is very relaxing. We enjoyed the balcony for breakfast and dinner every day. Perfect stay in Zakynthos ♥️
