The owner and his mother were very welcoming and helpful with advice on what to do in the area. The room had been beautifully restored and was very comfortable. Breakfast was great - served by the owner and freshly prepared by his father, with homemade pastries and jams, eggs, toasties, yoghurt - we didn't need to eat again all day!
