We stayed 5 days at Balance Accommodation. The premises are brand new. It has a lovely modern and very stylish design. With huge comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean and comfortable room. The aircondioning worked great. The sea is literally accros the road. You have a beautiful sea view from your balcony. The upper level has even better sea views. There is private parking on site. There are many beaches close by, both organised and free. The best restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel. It's located at the beginning of the town, so you don't have all the traffic and noise from the centre. It's perfect! I can't thank our hosts enough for making our visit to the area peaceful and enjoyable. With suggestions on places to visit and best restaurants to eat at, and of course their great hospitality. We highly recommend Balance Accommodation and are looking forward to visiting again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Avaton. We highly recommend this resort since it is unbelievably peaceful and tranquil, and close to the beach. The room was very clean and it was cleaned every day. The breakfast was continental, freshly prepared, delicious and with all the essentials. The coffee was excellent! The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful and polite. We are really looking forward to go back and spend some more time there.

Good and clean hotel, I was a little bit worried about the food, but the breakfast was actually really impressive and tased good, the pool was always clean as well as the other parts of the hotel, only positive things for this hotel!

The owner is a really great man! He is really friendly and a good interlocutor. I had a lo ng conversation with him and he explained everything I would like to know about Greece. He was really friendly. The house is a great place. My children really liked 2-story appartment! They were really happy. Thanks a lot from Yurii and his big family!

The room was very clean and The staff was helpful. They kept the room clean even for our short 2 night stay. We were also constantly asked if we needed anything and looked after. Special thanks to Antonio for the attention! We would definitely stay there next time. Everything is within walking distance and has a beautiful view.

    The studio was very clean.

    The studio was very clean. The best part is the terrace which has a wonderful view and at the same time provides privacy. We found this mountain part of Stavros, where Áno Stavrós is located, to be much more charming than the coastal part. Cleaner, quieter and more charming.

    Áno Stavrós is a cute little village zone above Stavrós,...

    Áno Stavrós is a cute little village zone above Stavrós, amongst the mountain hills with a very nice view of the Strymonian Gulf. I like it's relatively traditional vilage-like style and the calmness and quietness according to the noisy streets down the coastline. A good place for families. The "not to miss" place is the Agnanti restaurant at the top of the village and the Chapel of Prophet Ilias above it.
