We stayed 5 days at Balance Accommodation. The premises are brand new. It has a lovely modern and very stylish design. With huge comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean and comfortable room. The aircondioning worked great. The sea is literally accros the road. You have a beautiful sea view from your balcony. The upper level has even better sea views. There is private parking on site. There are many beaches close by, both organised and free. The best restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel. It's located at the beginning of the town, so you don't have all the traffic and noise from the centre. It's perfect! I can't thank our hosts enough for making our visit to the area peaceful and enjoyable. With suggestions on places to visit and best restaurants to eat at, and of course their great hospitality. We highly recommend Balance Accommodation and are looking forward to visiting again.

Great coffee and breakfast! Cleaning is over the top, even the towels are changed daily. The beach is right in fron of the hotel, there you have to pay 10-20€.

Magical place! Everything is considered down to the smallest detail - from the furniture in the rooms, through the spa area and the pool, the beach to the hotel, the breakfast... But the real reason to feel magical is the staff! Extremely warm welcome and attitude! These people are the soul of this place - both unobtrusive and always there when you need them. It was absolutely exceptional. The owner was an extraordinary person, always extremely helpful and kind. The location of the place exceeded all my expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and overall, it was the best vacation I've ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone, and I am definitely planning to return next year!

    The studio was very clean.

    The studio was very clean. The best part is the terrace which has a wonderful view and at the same time provides privacy. We found this mountain part of Stavros, where Áno Stavrós is located, to be much more charming than the coastal part. Cleaner, quieter and more charming.

    Áno Stavrós is a cute little village zone above Stavrós,...

    Áno Stavrós is a cute little village zone above Stavrós, amongst the mountain hills with a very nice view of the Strymonian Gulf. I like it's relatively traditional vilage-like style and the calmness and quietness according to the noisy streets down the coastline. A good place for families. The "not to miss" place is the Agnanti restaurant at the top of the village and the Chapel of Prophet Ilias above it.
