The design is perfect, it cleans your soul and makes you feel clean and joyful, minimistic luxurious white, the staff is perfect, they help with questions, luggage, breakfast is good, The location is 15 steps from the main touristy beach front, the hotel is quiet place to stay and this is not a club hotel wich was perfecg for us. Totally recommended for a couple, will actually kids are not allowed so 😜

A stunning hotel in its beauty! Every detail in the new hotel is designed in natural colors, creating an atmosphere of calm and tranquility. The amazing architecture of the hotel connects perfectly with nature, and everything was simply beautiful and perfect! My room had a private pool, and it was simply magical. Natural light flooded the bathroom, making the experience even more special. We received delicious pastries and chocolates in our room, which added an extra touch to our experience. Everything was impeccably clean and tidy. The pools in the hotel are amazing, inviting me to relax and enjoy. The pool bar and the main pool were simply breathtaking in their beauty. The reception staff was amazing and welcoming, contributing to my excellent feeling during the stay. This is the most beautiful and luxurious hotel I have ever stayed in, and the views are breathtaking! Additionally, it is very close to Chania Airport, making it especially convenient. If you are looking for a pampering and beautiful place, this is the perfect spot! I highly recommend it!

Stunning, comfortable, exceptionally clean. Excellent, helpful service. Stella went the extra mile to help with all my questions. I personally loved the room set up and layout. The balcony is lovely and spacious, and a perfect little city stop over, if you need to be near the port. It's right next to Souda port, with lots of little local shops to try within walking distance. The hotel are also able to help arrange tours and transfers.

Breakfast was good. Pool area was our favorite. Staff was friendly, especially in the bar. Bar prices were positive surprise: cheap cocktails. We watched every evening sunset from the bar balcony, it was amazing. Very beautiful atmosphere. We especially like that this hotel wasn't crowded and there was always a lot of space at the pool area, restaurant and bar. This place is suitable for people who don't like people. 😂 Cleaners did their job very well. Very fast service anyway. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
