The stay at Hagiati was an excellent experience. The hospitality and facilities were amazing. The owner and all the people working there made our stay very pleasant with their kindness and constant smile. I absolutely loved my stay in Edessa at the Central and Riverfront Room. Firstly the location is absolutely perfect for a stay in Edessa, where you have easy access to all the key sites, including the waterfalls and museums. It is also a short walk from the bus station. The little rivers criss cross the town with little bridges so you will often hear the sound of running water wherever you are - so lovely! The room was bright and modern with a fantastically comfortable bed and luxury of luxuries - central heating which was most welcome in February. There were also snacks and refreshments in the room and a small seating area in a sunny spot in the courtyard. The absolute BEST part of my stay was my wonderful host, Maria! She made the stay absolutely special. She made me feel so welcome and if I needed information she always responded quickly. Maria is the perfect host and I really hope to come back and stay with her again one day.
