The appartment was exaxtly as described, spacious, comfortable and very very clean. Upon arrival we found a platter with fresh fruits and one with pastries which was so thoughtful. We were also provided with orange juice, mineral water, beers etc. It had everything we would need, plus some. For example it has a little emergency kit, a sewing kit, period pads, toothpaste, deodorant etc. The Netflix addition was amazing for a first night, since we were very tired after traveling and needed a chill night. PLUS the yard was amazing. A beautiful garden that we got to enjoy every night after returning from our day excursions, with some wine and local cheese. The neighborhood is cozy and quiet. The plase is very close to Rethymno, an easy 15 minutes drive tops. Close to the appartment is Atsipopoulo's square with options for breakfast, coffee, food, super market. Also a Lidl is very close. The entance was very easy. The owner provided photos of exactly where I would find the keys of the parking spot (which by the way is a huge plus in the area) and how I could enter. After we parked the appartment keys where at the door. The hosts were very kind and easy to correspond with. Fast and prompt with their replies and extremely hospitable. We loved our stay and we would sure stay there again when we return to Rethymno.

I can highly recommend this place. The apartment is very new, modern, and beautifully designed, equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It was perfectly clean and well-kept, and it was a great bonus to be able to park right in front of the door. The location is excellent – close to the city, with shops and restaurants within a short distance, yet still in a peaceful and quiet area. We were also welcomed with a lovely surprise from the hosts, which made the arrival even more pleasant. The communication with the host was outstanding – very friendly and responsive, and he quickly helped us when there was a small internet issue. All essential amenities were provided, including shampoo and shower gel, which was very convenient after traveling. We also enjoyed the calm atmosphere and the presence of many cats around, which added to the charm of the place. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely house,with lovely hostess Maria.New home which is just like the pictures.You feel at home in this quiet place,a stone's throw from Rethymno.There is everything needed down to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay.Maria is available for any questions.Very spacious in the four bedrooms.With parking space at the front.There is a bakery 2 minutes away and a good supermarket.Very kind gesture when the doorbell rang and her father served us welcome local pastries with a bottle of wine and coffee.Thanks,Maria and for the lovely words and wishes on leaving:).We would love to return.I recommend.

The location is great with only a 5 minute walk to the old Venitian town. We had all 4 villas booked out and enjoyed the common areas as a group. The grounds themselves are very well kept with their own gated street. The villas were beautiful and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it for big family groups with kids.

Everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful ( Christina , Theo , the front office manager) everybody wants to make your stay amazing. From the first step in the hotel you fill special. The cleaning is very well done . Even the air freshner smell wonderful. We hope to return next year.

    Big Supermarket with everything from butchery, green grocer, liquor store, and all-sort grocer. Restaurants, bakeries, bus service, A little less busy than central Rethymno. +4 km to Old Venetian Harbor, Old town, markets. Awesome and quiet with many professionally and passionately restored buildings, from the 15th century , for our historians.

    George and mum was super friendly helpful and chatty hosts nothing was to much trouble. They were soo lovely From the moment of stepping out of taxi which George arranged for us it was the WOW factor. It was amazing opening your front door to the spotless clean pool. The villa had everything really you needed it was spotless. George recommend some taverns in astsipopoulo which we ate there 3 times it was that yummy. Would love to return and I would say from all my family who went would highly recommend the villa George is so lovely thank you xxxx

    The owner had provided clear instructions for entering the house and we were given a lovely warm welcome by the caretaker Katerina. In a nice town to stroll about, it's also a great spot for exploring this region of Crete, including gorges and beaches on the south side. We could thus recommend using the house as an exploring hub for several days. In this regard the other reviews are correct.
