Definitely one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at! The 2nd floor rooms with the private pool are beautiful and very well maintained. Staff was very nice and the breakfast served each morning in the room was excellent. The hotel is a short drive to several very nice beaches. The hotel was expensive but worth it!

We had a wonderful stay at Waterlily Hotel Apartments in Kalathas, Chania. The apartment was very spacious, with a lovely balcony offering a great sea view. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach. Breakfast was amazing – freshly cooked every morning and truly delicious. Angela, the hostess, was exceptionally kind and helpful, making the whole experience warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Eleni & her family went above and beyond for us! We were made feel very welcome and comfortable. Eleni provided us with lots of information about the area and a map which was so helpful. The food was all homemade. We ate in the restaurant on a number of occassions and loved it. Would highly recommend this hotel in Chania.

There must be an award for this personnel. Very kind, super helpful. The room was very comfortable and it accommodates a family of four without any problem. The breakfast was basic but very tasty. There is a nice swimming pool in the hotel which almost nobody use it, so it was like a private pool :) We would love to stay there again.
