The breakfast was delicious, Kyrios Andonis was an excellent host and I've already suggested others to stay there. Homemade spanakopita was most delicious! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a small boutique hotel!

- two things strike you after the 75 minutes drive from Chalkida to Limnionas on a winding mountain road: the warm welcome of Doula (the manager) and the awesome beauty of the scenery from your room terrace (big balcony). At this point, you know you had a great deal and your road trip was worthwhile. We regretted to have booked one night. Don't do our mistake. This experience will remain for long as a wonderful memory. - awesome view + awesome beach at 1km distance. - a real romantic retreat that is apar with any renowned Italian coast destination, but with less harassment and crowd. - we used the kitchen to make our meals even though there's a couple restaurants at walking distance. All necessary ustensils were available and Doula supplied complimentary coffee, tea and condiments (if something is missing she's always there for the rescue).

The apartment was very well furnished, very clean and new. There was air conditioning in one of the bedrooms, and it was clear that it was planned for the other rooms as well. The two bathrooms were a convenience. The kitchen was very well equipped. My favorite was the view from the apartment, which was incredible. The host was very friendly, sweet and helpful. We had a great time.
