This was a really good find for our overnight stay, we didn’t want to stay near the tourist spots at Meteora, didn’t know much about this town, but if you want to experience some small town genuine Greek life, please visit this place and the accommodation was I’m assuming a 5 star hotel? I don’t usually stay in 5 star hotels in Western countries but for the price that was a bargain! Being a Kiwi and not understanding the local business hours, we found a restaurant down the road, the town square was closed, he gave us a huge plate of lamb chops, a huge salad with a large block of Feta, back home in NZ that Feta would have cost us half the price of the meal! I’m assuming it’s not a tourist town ( I could be wrong) but it was fantastic value for money, also got a workout in downstairs at the gym.Great service, lovely lady who helped us, possibly the highlight of our 1 week in Greece, you can’t beat those of the beat non tourist spots!

Everything was perfect. Luxury styled apartment, near the centre of the village. I would prefer it again for sure.

Beautiful village atmosphere with very friendly and helpful family hosts. Great breakfast and a short walk to the village square where all the locals congregate. Short 15 car ride to a lookout with fantastic panoramic views.

The hosts hospitality and sense of service were beyond our expectations. Tasty food by surprise was the most pleasant thing, the hostests cooking is delicious, tasty goodies filled our stomachs. Everything was clean and tidy, and echoed the spirit and energy of the hosts. The serenity, the view from the balconies, sunrise and sunsets. The proximity to Meteora, Kalamabaka and the surrounding area were excellent. You have the floor for yourself. Maria and Vaios - keep up the good work!

The apartment is in the very centre of the Deskati, literally 10 steps away from the main Square. It was very clean, but there were available cleaning supplies, something that was really helpful. The bed is pretty comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend the place. Furthermore the host was extremely accommodating.

A beautiful self contained apt with spectacular views towards the Meteora region. The apt has the bonus of a washing machine which came in so handy after a few days travelling staying in motels/hotels. We travelled February so it was wonderful to arrive at night to a cosy apt. We walked to the local tavern for a fabulous lamb roast . it’s a short drive from all the incredible Monasteries, 5 ⭐️
