We chose this hotel and did not regret it, the room was clean, cleaning every two days, also the room offered towels for the beach, which is very convenient. I was at the hotel for my birthday, when the owner of the hotel found out about it, she made us a surprise, decorating the room with flowers, we were surprised. The beach is 3 minutes walk from the hotel, there are also many different restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance of 2-3 minutes. On the day of departure we had an evening flight, and the owner allowed us to stay until 3 so, really appreciated that. I definitely recommend this place!

Bali and sea vessel are my new favourite places in Crete. Manolis is truly extraordinary in his customer service. A genuine warm person who checked us in late night and even helped with my heavy bags. Cooked us wonderful breakfast in the morning with complimentary ice coffee as we are vegetarian. We had an awesome pool and sea facing room with balcony. The apartment had a small stove and useful kitchen items that allowed us to cook as per our needs. I wish we had more than the 2 nights that we had here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful all over the resort It is a great place for children, the water park was amazing. It suits all ages. And there are many activities for children at the resort. The pools are great and the food was excellent. And a nice Private Beach.

I am impressed by the kindness and the professionalism of the staff! The hotel is really comfortable, with a wonderful garden, private beach, clean and safe swimming pools and stunning views over the the sea! The rooms are extremely clean, calm and comfortable! I really liked this hotel. Everyone is very friendly, polite and helpful. It's in a beautiful location, the building is elegant and beautiful. The beach is a few steps away, restaurants and taverns are also nearby. The room and bathroom are clean, cleaned every day. and the hotel's own courtyard is beautiful, full of flowers, sunbeds and the great pool. 10 out of 10. I recommend it! :)
