From the start it felt like home away from home, Dimitra welcomed us on our arrival and explained all about the apartment and other questions we had. It made us feel so welcome. The apartment is spacious, super clean, comfortable and had all the amenities and equipment that one would need for a short or long stay. However the most important aspect was that Dimitra's place is pet friendly and after a long and tiring drive with three cats that took to the place as if it was their home that was a big relief for all. So we can only say a big big thank you to Dimitra and if we have the chance to come back we will for sure and will highly recommend the place to friends and anyone who has the chance to go to Feres.

My partner and I stayed here earlier this summer whilst we were cycling through Greece (sorry we forgot to leave a review earlier!). The owner was absolutely lovely and very kindly went above and beyond to help us with a punctured tyre. The apartment itself was lovely and clean and we enjoyed a great meal in the town centre only a short walk away. 10/10 highly recommend staying here.

Very spacious parking area. Great location near the Ipsala border — perfect after a long wait. Just 5–10 minutes by car to Alexandroupoli center and supermarkets. Even though we arrived early, we were allowed to check in. Stayed in one room with 3 beds and one child — had a comfortable night and enjoyed exploring the city. Great value for the price. No need to pay more to stay downtown if you have a car. You can even do day trips to nearby Makri beaches. Don’t forget to book beach bars in advance during peak season!

The property was very cosy and clean, and had everything for a comfort stay. It was not too big, but for one person like me it was perfect. It was good to have a fridge, a small cooker, a kettle, and an electric coffee pot in the kitchenette. Wifi was quite stable during the stay. The host was always in contact on Booking and provided check-in and -out recommendations, fresh towels, etc.

Friendly and perfect hosting, specially Menelaos and his wife were are very helpful and friendly. Next to lake, peacefull and silence room was good. Liquors and jams are still in my mind. Breakfast were perfect.

For us it was a last minute decision to come in vacation in Greece. Innitially we want to go in Bulgaria. But fortunatelley it was best decision we made. The hotel has big and spacious rooms, the matresses are wonderfull (sleep like home), each room with a little kitchen with everyting you need and of course a bathfoom with shower. For a family with 2 kids (14 and 16 ) and two little dogs it was more than enough space. Downstairs there is a coffe shop were you can take a coffe and enjoy (best frappe ever) made by the owner of the hotel wich is a very kind and nice person. Across the street there is a minimarket were you can buy your supplies.We have visited Alexandropolis town wich is about 40 km away. But the most beautifull place we were is the wild beach Agios Sotiras. Clear warm water, sand bottom and smooth shore. About 100 meters from the shore the water reach your knees. You can drive your car by the beach right next to the water. Overall it was a very refreshing vacation and we will come back for sure! Ps. A big thank you to the owner for the frappe he gave us for the road!
