Very clean, new, nice design and functional. Good location in town,few minutes walk to center. Had a nespresso coffe machine which we really appreciate. Parking on the streets, but found spots everytime.

Our stay at Gateway Suites was truly enchanting. The location in the old town allowed us to immerse ourselves in the romantic charm of narrow streets and historic landmarks. The suite's meticulous decor and cleanliness, coupled with the warm and spacious bed, made our stay dreamlike. The attentive and friendly staff enhanced the overall experience. We were a couple staying at this hotel. The hosts were wonderful and smiling, attentive, helpful and advising. The place is very clean and tidy, the hotel is in a good location, a few minutes' walk from the center of Rethymno. Highly recommend this hotel. Before we left, the hotel manager brought us a gift of bottles of olive oil that he made from the olive tree in his house and it was a moving gesture. We never received a personal gift at the hotel. We will definitely go back there again

    Gonia - a small village where you can feel the local atmosphere and culture. In August, we happened to attend one of the Cretan festivals – a traditional celebration with food and music on the village square. As tourists, we were warmly invited, even though the event was mainly for locals. Very kind people who are happy to interact with visitors.
