Maro, Maria and Meri have the perfect apartments for people who wants a quiet night and have dinner and breakfast by the sea. You can fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of waves if you want to. Have dinner there aswell, enjoy their food and eat and drink slow. The ocean is right next to you. We received so many mezes when we arrived and the meatballs were amazing. The apartment was clean, the towels and bedding smelled newly washed and like flowers. Except for the bed being a bit hard (I have a bad back) everything sas spot on! I will definatly be back. Thank you Maro, Maria and Meri. ❤️

Host is the kindest person on the planet. The house is so well decorated you fill like in a fairy tale. I have no words enough for the hospitality I received. Thank you!!! It's also really close to the seaside, you can go on foot. One of the best places I've been to in Xerokampos, and I have been to several.

The property was easy to find following the instructions, smooth check in and the host was easy to reach. The villa was very clean and the kitchen is well equipped to take care of yourself. In addition we received some welcome gifts: Wine, Raki & fresh fruits. The outside and pool area is spacious and bright with an amazing view down to the sea. Makry Gialos with tavernas and shops is in walking distance (20 minutes) but we recommend having a car due to the location in the hills. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay there again.

    Fabulous location, beautiful beach which you have to share with 10 people at the most, sometimes no-one else. Very quiet and unspoiled unlike much of Crete but not for people who like a busy nightlife or need British food/beer

    I had not planned on staying in Goudhouros, but I'm glad I...

    I had not planned on staying in Goudhouros, but I'm glad I did. It seems like the entire town is on the beach - everything is beachfront. The winding road in and out of town (in both directions) is a lot of fun to drive.
