I really loved that Anna met us at the dock when the private boat transfer arrived and welcomed us. That set the tone For our anniversary stay. I also love the fact that our beach chairs were already reserved and waiting us. The staff was exceptionally accommodating for everything that we asked for. I loved our room with private porch with sea view. I honestly can say that this was a great experience .I wish we had stayed longer. Anna thank you so much for your hospitality, I really appreciate you accommodating us. The young man at the beach was also very polite and helpful. Everyone was just so pleasant and helpful. Yes, and the sunset at dinner time is fantastic!

A wonderful little hotel in the heart of Hydra. Incredibly peaceful and wonderful ambience, a small frontyard created for enjoyment at any part of the day. Lemon trees in the yard, a beautiful giant cactus and a huge magnolia make it magical. The staff is extremely friendly, the breakfast is quite varied enough for a couple of days not to get bored... from the room we looked at the small park on the side of the hotel and we had shade all day. the rooms are very nicely decorated with a stone wall and a small adorable bathroom. I will recommend this hotel to everyone because it is in a perfect place with an environment to enjoy. In one word: magical!

Very nice and friendly staff! All information you need they are always prompt to help you. Location is excellent! The breakfast is delicious and you can have a unique atmosphere at the beautiful garden. If you want to have a special experience, combined with history, romanticism, luxury and tranquility in Hydra I highly recommend the Orloff Boutique Hotel.

    Hydra island blew me away with it’s beauty The people were helpful and friendly Eat at many restaurants all had great food, and stunning views of the harbour The night life does not start until 9pm and goes late in to the night Breakfast before 9/30am is a little difficult as most restaurants are not fully open

    I loved this island.

    I loved this island. It was so charming and such a slow lifestyle, which is definitely what I needed (and I'm sure a lot of people need on vacation). You could spend hours in the harbor watching boats go by, or take a water taxi to the different beaches around the Island. I didn't get to do it, but I wish I did Harriet's Horses while I was there. It's a small company that takes people throughout the island on horseback. I contacted the woman who ran it, and she was so kind. GO TO THIS ISLAND! It is incredible, I truly don't know how anyone could not be so in love with it.

    Hydra was my favorite stop in Greece.

    Hydra was my favorite stop in Greece. Lovely little island, no cars, lots of art, cute unique boutiques, easy access to interesting sites… not too much touristy junk. Food was delicious and affordable.

    Hydra was very busy when we arrived - then we realised a cruise ship had docked and there were thousands on shore. however, they went as fast as they arrived which was great. The food and drink is generally very well priced but the clothes shops etc are VERY expensive - aimed that cruise ship guests i guess.

    Hydra was wonderful and no cars! Get info on all the beaches and boat ferries before you go as it can get expensive. Food was great ,souvenir store were overpriced. We went for 2 nights, 3nights would have been perfect. Book July or September , avoid August by all means, all the locals go on vacation and it gets over crowded . August is also high season and priced almost double. Comfortable foot ware a must. You will love the island. Bought our drinks and sat on the bench one night on the cliff watching the waves and sunset.

    The location is exceptional. It offers a tranquil environment with no noise disturbances, and it's within walking distance of the port and all major tourist attractions. Stella, the owner of the Hotel Boutique, provided outstanding hospitality. She made us feel right at home, always attentive and helpful with all our requests. Equally exceptional was the friendly cleaning lady, whose service was impeccable. The room is comfortable and cozzy, just like the terrace, which is beautifully adorned with a centuries-old olive tree.

    This charming boutique hotel is located right off the harbor in an old stone building. However the rooms are modern and updated with a simple charm. Our host was gracious and patiently waited for our late arrival at the harbor and ushered us to our rooms. No breakfast is provided but there are several cafes right on the harbor walk that serve excellent breakfasts.

    Beautifully designed boutique hotel, simple, Scandi type decor. Rosa the cleaner is a beautiful human who made our stay and Angela who runs reception is also great and super helpful. Great bathroom products and comfortable beds and pillows. Location is superb as close to all the wonderful restaurants then you jump in water taxi's to head to the beach each day.

    The hotel is easy to find and has a pretty entrance and friendly receptionist. It’s within a short walk from the ferries, shops, restaurants and bars of Hydra port. Our bedroom and bathroom were simple but comfortable. There is a lovely patio for breakfast, drinks etc

    Clean, comfortable room, lovely garden outside, and very helpful staff. The hotel is also only about 6 mins away from the port so very easy to get to from the ferry. Lots of great restaurants, boutiques, and a few great beaches also within a 10 minute walk.
