Our stay was exceptionally good, would love to go again and of course would recommend it. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles by the staff. The reception it’s located in the family restaurant that they have and everyone was very friendly. The room was clean and nice, the bed was very comfortable. We had a small problem with our room key and it was fixed immediately. We went for dinner at their family restaurant Kitchen Stories By The Sea and I have to note that everything was very good. We had an amazing experience and we would like to thank Giannis at the reception and his brother Manolis and of course his family for their warm hospitality and their help.

We stayed two nights in Platanos tavern and rooms. The place is lovely and quiet, the room was super clean and very charming. It's a great place to stay to go to the White mountains or down to the sea. The owners are very kind and friendly and the food was amazing !

It was more at the heart of things and in the middle of the action than I anticipated so that was a bonus. I liked the fact that the rooms still had a traditional greek rooms style about them. Best of all was value for money especially considering the location.

Quick and easy check in, amazing property with a break taking view and big balcony. Bed was comfy and shower worked well. I don’t understand all the negative reviews for this accommodation, the price we paid was defintley fair, I would defintley recommend staying here whilst at loutro! Thanks again

The location is stunning. An appartment just a few steps from the sea has always been my dream. We loved having our meals on the terrace. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen equipment was good enough for our needs (we always cooked supper). The host was friendly and dropped in every day to ask if we needed anything.

    In the mountains. Beautiful views - sheep and goat watching! Small tavernas nearby and access to Imbros Gorge. A short drive but windy mountainous drive to Sfakia which has boat trips to some outstanding beaches.
