We stayed at the private suites. The staff of the suites were exceptional, kind and caring. The spa was exquisite, and the food was delicious. We got treated so much better than expected. The pools are amazing, and the location is very convenient.

Exceptional Stay – A Hidden Gem in Rhodes! I had the most wonderful experience at this charming little hotel in Rhodes. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome – so friendly and helpful! The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight, though, was the pool – crystal clear and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. It felt like my own private oasis. The location was also ideal: peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from local restaurants and the beach. I truly can't recommend this place enough. It’s the kind of hotel that makes you want to come back again and again. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

the location of the hotel and the view from the rooms are extraordinary, the breakfast was very good but it was exactly the same every day. staff where really friendly. the pool is amazing. and the sea is just across the street.

    Lovely friendly place!

    Lovely friendly place! Loads of shops for tourist tat, places to eat (the Rock Island bar has a singer or band most nights) - Michael is the door host - the staff are pleasant and friendly. FBI for food - really, surprisingly lovely! Peris for food - service can be a little slow - but food nice. Spar - quite expensive for certain things, we used A&B supermarket as well. Pebbly beach - we only went to look and take sunset photos. A slow walk into Ialysos takes about an hour, go for food there and wander the shops, it's very quirky in places! Pavements can be a little "up & down" and rough in places. You can buy cat food for the cats, they're appreciative-don't touch them though! Municipal bins for rubbish - emptied daily. Bus to Rhodes is cheap and they run well - even on Sundays! Most shops close Sundays. People are very friendly and there isn't the expectation that you'll come in to their restaurant or bar (not like in Rhodes where we felt quite hassled at times) just by checking their menu outside. There is crazy golf about 40 minutes walk away - get the bus though as it means you won't have melted by the time you get there! There is a small bar there too which is very nice to sit in and have a small refreshment. There ARE crossings on the main road (no traffic lights or pelican crossings) but just step out slowly and most drivers will stop/slow to let you cross...it can be a bit like the old arcade game "Frogger" at busy times though!

    Staff in main hotel and restaurant were superb. All requests accommodated Airport transfer brilliant- no waiting Room cleanliness - spot on and staff helpful and welcoming Food - excellent in main restaurant with so much choice. The Greek Al a Carte was amazing and so filling! Entertainment - varied but the violinist was excellent and played modern songs. Very “ Bridgerton” in style , loved it . Only shame we missed the Tenors

    Very peaceful zero crowd lovely atmosphere and reasonable price for delicious food. Close to old town and airport…perfect place for relaxing with limited budgets! must try food truck dish at sea bao! Specifically black burger and schirm burger! I have never eaten so tasty burger in my life!

    It had a lovely atmosphere and the staff were all lovely, helpful and thoughtful. The room was clean and the garden was a wonderful oasis. Every morning we looked forward to the breakfast! It was really well positioned in Rhodes to be close to the beach within easy walking distance.

    We arrived early in the holiday season and not all bars and restaurants were open. As a result it was quieter and therefore visit later if you want more hustle and bustle. The hospitality was so welcoming and the message from all the local is - 'relax, relax and enjoy' Easy to do in Ixia and elsewhere in Rhodes.

    The hotel and grounds were lovely and the beach opposite was a real bonus.The breakfasts and coffee in the morning were cold and the staff looked harassed and weren't happy if you asked for replacement hot coffee.Our room was very spacious but it was spoiled by the stained and damaged lamps.When we asked for room service it took two hours to arrive and when it did,we were in bed.The extra touches from the staff which you would expect from a 5 star hotel were not there.

    I am almost sold that this is a family run hotel due to the dynamics and teamwork all the staff had! Only to learn that they are not family members. The warm, personalised, friendly staff members made our stay seems so short. No words can really justify their wonderful service. The property has all we need with great beach at our doorstep. We could not ask for more. Enjoyed our time in Rhodes. Enjoyed the great hospitality too from the hotel staff! Today is Easter Sunday and we were given red eggs too!

    It was an exceptional stay at Villa Dana in Rhodes. Never had such a good experience before. Yannis, the host of this place is absolutely gorgeous. He provided all the information that we needed from the beginning till the end and made it available to check out later without any additional cost. The place is fully equipped with everything you need. The whole villa is very clean and looks like new. Can't imagine if somewhere else would be better.

    Hotel was lovely, great food and plenty of choice all the staff were very polite and helpfull. Location was also good nearby bars for a change of scenery and a nice trip to rhodes old town 15 mins in a taxi. The beach across the road was also great excellent week. The reception was excelllent liked when we booked a taxi you get a slip with taxi number and cost. Also self service beer taps an soft drinks good.

    When I saw the comments, I felt bad but in reality the hotel is quite good. The staff are quite nice, food is good. Rooms are clean. The hotel water park is geeat for kids. Don't look only the negative comments because it is only coming from few unhappy people. Their comment is still valuable for the hotel but it shouldn't forbid new comers to consider to stay in this hotel to spend holidays in Rhodes.

    There are multiple good sports bars and restaurants near the hotel, and a supermarket right at the corner. Overall, the location is convenient - Ixia is approximately in the middle between the airport and Rhodes City, so taxis are passing by very often. As well, there are many options to rent a car nearby. The hotel staff is nice and friendly.
